A Year of Hope: 2019-2020 Annual Report

The Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) is pleased to share the Director’s 2019-2020 Annual Report to the Community.

In support of DCDSB’s Stewards of Sustainability initiative and reducing the circulation of paper-based materials, the report was produced electronically and can be viewed online at www.dcdsb.ca/AnnualReport2019-2020.

The report reflects the board’s liturgical theme, A Year of Hope, and celebrates the work that took place within the first year of the Discovery 2023: Renewing the Vision Strategic Plan. It demonstrates our commitment to Excellence, Equity and Engagement as evidenced through our five strategic priorities:

• Teaching and Learning
• Expanding Pathways
• Managing Resources

The plan also provides an overview of our operating expenditures, honours and distinctions, and highlights some of the actions taken to promote the continuity of learning during a global pandemic.
