Board Holiday on March 12, 2021 will Proceed as Scheduled

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

On February 11, 2021, the Minister of Education, Stephen Lecce announced that March Break would be postponed until April 12 -16, 2021 to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In yesterday’s letter, we noted that Friday, March 12, 2021 is a scheduled board designated holiday. Today, I am confirming that we will still go ahead with the scheduled board holiday on Friday, March 12, 2021. Do not send your children to school on this date. 

As we head into the long Family Day weekend, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all our Durham Catholic families for your continued cooperation. May you take the time to rest this weekend and find ways to connect with loved ones.
