St. Hedwig Catholic School Explores the Outdoors with Dogwood Forest

Through a partnership with Dogwood Forest, Kindergarten students across the DCDSB will have the opportunity to participate in outdoor experiential learning opportunities. On December 14^th, Kindergarten students from St. Hedwig Catholic School visited the DCDSB Catholic Education Centre and engaged in hands-on learning in the newly built trails and outdoor learning space. Students had fun doing a winter scavenger hunt and exploring animal footprints. A special thank you to St. Hedwig Catholic School staff, Dogwood Forest, and Academic Services staff for their work to provide this exciting learning opportunity to students!
