Students and staff from St. Christopher Catholic School walk the Cross back to the Durham Catholic District School Board office for the conclusion of our Walk of Faith celebration.

The St. Christopher Catholic School community was thrilled yesterday to take the Walk of Faith Cross on its final journey from the school to the our Board office. The Cross spent the past two weeks going from classroom to classroom during which class based liturgies were celebrated.   While on the journey to the Board office the cross stopped at St. Mary of the People parish, was blessed by Father Bollo, and was joined by a contingent of the St. Mary's chapter of the Knights of Columbus who walked along with parents and students. The students from St. Christopher Catholic School who carried the cross celebrated the year end mass alongside the Board staff afterwards.
