Elementary students across the Durham Catholic District School Board are participating in Daily Physical Activity sessions provided by the City of Oshawa’s Recreation and Culture Services Branch. Program staff have been hosting live virtual 15-minute sessions geared towards students. These Daily Physical Activity sessions are adapted for use in a classroom or home environment, where space may be limited.
