On the Land Learning at All Saints Catholic Secondary School

On Thursday, June 6, Indigenous community partner, Beedahbin Peltier, visited students at All Saints Catholic Secondary School. Beedahbin led the students in on the land learning in the forested area next to their school. Students saw phragmites and buck thorn and learned that they are invasive plants that were brought over from Europe. Beedahbin also explained the importance of environmental systems and how they are reliant on each other.
